The station synonymous with hustle and bustle in the big city, Grand Central Terminal, is celebrating it’s 100th birthday.

The commemorate the New York City landmark, NBC has collected various photographs from throughout the ages. From it’s construction, to the celebrities who caught their trains there. Even photographs detailing the famous architecture and landmarks such as the notorious clock.

“The photos aren’t the only part of the birthday festivities. Many celebrations will be taking place including musical performances as well as the opening of the ‘Grand by Design; A Centennial Celebration of Grand Central Terminal’ exhibit which runs for 6 weeks starting Feb 1.

The station has certainly come along way, and aged gracefully. Happy Birthday!
