Photographer Nick Stern has recreated the famous spray paint imagery by notorious graffiti artist Banksy. The project titled ‘You Are Not Banksy’ features 12 photo reenactments of various Banksy works. Stern, who happens to be an avid Banksy fan, chose pieces such as ‘Flower Thrower’ and ‘Banksy Cops Kissing’ to recreate with accurate props and poses.
“I particularly like the social comment in his work,” Stern told Slate. It is still unknown whether or not Banksy has seen the images, though Stern plans on further continuing the project.
